The 4th Pingyao Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon International Film Festival funded by leading Chinese auteur Jia Zhangke has opened the “Pingyao Project Promotion” section calling filmmakers to submit their projects for review. The aim of this section is to shine a spotlight on promising film projects that are at an early stage of development.
